Survey of Ladies Ministries in WIN USA
In a survey conducted among our churches, results show that 7 out of 9 churches have a Ladies Ministry that meets every other week, quarterly, 2-6 times a year, or meet only to plan for church events such as retreats, Father’s Day, etc. Most of the women are also involved in the different church ministries, therefore, the need to have a Ladies Ministry is not looked upon as necessary by some churches. Since most women are already attending Bible studies/discipleship groups, it is not the intention of the National Ladies Ministry to duplicate or compete with these existing church programs.
